Prince 2 Project Management Certifications

Prince2 Agile Certifications

PRINCE2 Agile is a certification that combines the flexibility and responsiveness of agile methodologies with the defined project management methodologies of PRINCE2.

The certification consists of two levels:

1. PRINCE2 Agile Foundation

The Foundation level provides a fundamental understanding of PRINCE2 governance requirements, agile concepts and techniques, and their interfaces. It enables professionals to deliver agile projects by tailoring PRINCE2 management controls with a wide range of agile delivery tools.

2. PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner

The Practitioner level builds upon the Foundation level knowledge and focuses on applying it in real-world scenarios, blending structure, governance, and control with agile methods. The certifications cover various agile concepts and techniques such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean Start-up, and Cynefin. Both levels of certification involve objective testing, with the Practitioner level having a longer duration and allowing reference to an open book.
