By enrolling in a training course with us, you agree to our Privacy Policy,Terms of Use, and this Cancellation policy (“Policy”).
- To initiate a cancellation or deferment request, please send an email from your registered email ID to hello@techademy.com. Requests will be evaluated only upon receipt.
- Refund Processing: Techademy will strive to process eligible refunds, after deducting any non-refundable processing charges, within thirty (30) calendar days from the date we receive your request. This period begins once all necessary documentation has been submitted. If a refund is granted, you are responsible for any cancellation fees associated with credit facilities or loans, as determined by your provider, which are outside Techademy's control.
- Deferment Requests:
- 3.1. Deferment requests will also be processed upon receipt of your email to hello@techademy.com. All deferments are subject to seat availability in the preferred batch.
- 3.2. The first deferment request will not incur a fee. However, subsequent requests will incur a deferment fee of 10% of the total course fee if there is no valid reason. You will remain in the same cohort until your deferment request is approved.
- 3.3. Please note that if you defer to a future batch, your learning progress will reset, and you will start anew, with potential changes in course content, schedule, and timing.
Course Definitions for the purpose of this Policy:
- 4.1. "Specific Live Instructor-Led Courses" shall include the following Techademy Certification Training Courses:
- 4.2. "Live Instructor-Led Courses" shall mean all Techademy Certification and Short Technical Courses with 40 hours or fewer of instructor-led sessions, excluding Specific Live Instructor-Led Courses.
- 4.3. "Exam Pass Guarantee Courses" shall mean Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification Training.
- 4.4. “Bootcamps and Job Oriented Programs” shall mean all the Bootcamps and Job Oriented Programs that have more than 40 hrs of instructor-led sessions.
- CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
- 5.1. To be eligible for a cancellation, you must fulfill the following:
Course Type Cancellation Requirement Specific Live Instructor-Led Courses Prior to the Cohort Commencement:
- 100% refund if the request is made more than 48 hours before the start date.
- 50% refund if the request is made within 48 hours of the start date.
After the Cohort Commencement – Not eligible for refund.
Live Instructor Led Sessions - 100% of the Course Fee will be refunded if a refund request is raised within the first 2 hrs of commencement of the workshop.
- A cancellation request can also be made anytime before the workshop starts for a full refund.
Bootcamps and Job Oriented Programs - 100% of the Course Fee will be refunded if a refund request is raised within the first 2 days of commencement of the workshop.

Exam Pass Guarantee Courses 100% of the Course Fee will be refunded if you do not pass on the first attempt, provided you:
- Attend at least 90% of scheduled live training sessions.
- Complete 100% of assigned self-paced modules and quizzes before the exam.
- Score at least 85% in all weekly assessments prior to the exam.
- Score at least 75% in all mock tests prior to the exam.
- Submit the refund request within seven (7) calendar days from the declaration of your exam results.
- 5.2.Refunds for Duplicate Payment: Duplicate payments will be refunded through the original payment method within fifteen (15) working days from receipt of the request.
All certification course learners issued examination vouchers must complete the exam process according to the guidelines and timelines provided by the relevant accreditation body. If no specific timeline is given, the exam must be completed within six (6) months of course completion. No claims will be accepted after this period.
Please adhere strictly to these timelines to ensure successful exam completion. Techademy will not entertain extension requests or claims related to the examination process after the specified timelines.
- Abuse of this policy may result in the outright rejection of any requests made under this Policy, particularly for learners found in violation of our Privacy Policy or Terms of Use.
- Refunds or credits for rescheduling the training cannot be issued for non-attendance.
- Techademy reserves the absolute right to reschedule/cancel a cohort/class/session due to any unavoidable circumstances and all reasonable steps will be undertaken to inform the learners of such a change.
- Techademy reserves the absolute right to revise this Policy without any prior notice.
- Note:-
- 11.1. Refunds or credits for rescheduling training will not be issued for non-attendance.
- 11.2. Techademy reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a cohort, class, or session due to unavoidable circumstances and will take reasonable steps to inform learners of any changes.
- 11.3. We also reserve the right to revise this Policy without prior notice.
